All work done is based on an hourly rate unless it is a fixed job or if it has been agreed in a written quote.

* Work done for installation/Upgrades includes consultation and visits to complete the job. It does not include the cost of any software or hardware required for the job. This has to be included in the above price to give you the final cost of the job. I'll give you an estimated cost for the required items in the consultation and a quote over the phone or by e-mail before proceeding. If you do not want to proceed then you will be charged at the hourly rate for the time used, upto the the maximum fixed cost rate.
